All Ryumon Katanas have a hand forged and folded carbon steel blade meticulously crafted.  They are heat treated with traditional processes to produce a sharp ha (edge).  A one piece brass habaki (blade collar) enables the blade to fit securely into the saya (scabbard).

Blade length of 29 inches, extremely sharp hand forged and folded AISI 1060 high carbon steel.  A true hamon created with traditional Japanese temper technique.

Handle length of 11 inches with authentic top grade ray skin wrap.

One piece brass blade collar and Akagane (red copper) tsuba (guard).

High gloss lacquered saya (scabbard) with inlaid brass sakura (cherry blossom flower).

Complete with collectors hang tag, sateen sword bag, cleaning kit, reference guide, and certificate of authenticity all packaged in a wooden box.
