What is No-Bake Sand Casting?
No-bake casting is a chemically bonded sand casting process in which sand is mixed with a resin binder and catalyst to create rigid molds that cure at room temperature. Unlike green sand casting, which relies on moisture and clay as the binding medium, no-bake molds provide greater strength and stability, making them effective for large, heavy, or complex castings with demanding dimensional requirements.
