What We Cast, and Who For

These are the components we cast most often, the alloys we cast them in, and the industries and machine shops we supply them to. If your part isn’t here, it’s likely still in range — send us the drawing.

Pumps, Valves & Fluid Power

Casings, impellers, wear plates, back covers, valve bodies and manifold blocks for pump and valve OEMs and hydraulic equipment builders. Cast in ductile iron, carbon steel to ASTM A216 WCB, CF8M and CF3M stainless, and nickel-aluminum bronze — machined, pressure-tested and finished to your drawing.

Water & Wastewater Equipment

We cast for the OEMs who build municipal and industrial water equipment: pump volutes and impellers, valve and hydrant bodies, screen and aeration frames, gearbox and drive housings. Corrosion-resistant stainless and bronze for wetted parts, ductile iron for housings and covers.

Mining, Quarrying & Aggregate

Wear and structural castings for crushers, screens, mills, conveyors and slurry handling — mantles and bowl liners, jaw and cheek plates, pump wet ends, chute and feeder components. Manganese steel to ASTM A128, white and Ni-hard irons, and high-chrome grades where abrasion, not load, sets part life.

Off-Highway & Construction

Structural and hydraulic castings for earthmoving, and forestry machinery — cylinder end caps, pivot and linkage housings, axle and transmission components, and counterweights. Ductile iron and low-alloy steel to ASTM A148 Gr 105-85, cast and machined to your build schedule.

Oil, Gas & Power Generation

Surface and balance-of-plant castings: valve and pump bodies, compressor and turbine housings, heat exchanger components and pressure-containing parts. Carbon steel to ASTM A216 WCB, low-alloy grades for elevated temperature, and duplex and super-duplex stainless for sour and produced-water service.

Machine Shops & Industrial OEMs

Contract machine shops and industrial equipment builders use Kormax as the foundry behind their machining capacity — rail, material handling, compressor, gearbox and general industrial components. Supplied as raw castings for you to finish, or fully machined to print. Prototype through production quantities.
